http://www.championshipcoachesnetwork.com/public/375.cfm I wanted to share this link with you. I was listening to an interview with the Women's US Soccer Coach. The interviewer asked him what the difference was between coaching men and women. The coach said, when you tell the team they need more strength training or something, the women think, Oh yeah, that would be good. And the next morning they are all in the weight rom before practice. But is the team is male, they al think, yeah, those other guys need strength training. This difference just seems to resonate with men and women's responses to an issue that needs to be solved by changing behavior. Women and men need to speak out and change what they find acceptable and what they respond to as unacceptable. But women do thins more readily than men, in general. The key is to not back down, but to stand up to people who won't listen. Also, constructive criticism and clear examples of how to change help make the changes more likely. As described in the linked page about coaching as well in your post. Men can say to other men, hey, that's not cool.

Thanks for your post.
